Each trainer is certified, insured, and has gone through a rigorous three-stage interview process, which includes a phone screen and technical interview. This ensures that we only work with the best trainers in NYC who are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy

We request that if you need to cancel, that you notify us through text by 6pm EST prior to the day of your training session, or you will be charged the full amount for the session.
