We reassess all of our clients every 15 weeks in order to track progress and ensure we are working toward and exceeding their goals.
*We Strongly Recommend Doing A Combination Of Traditional Strength Training Workouts With A Body And Mind Workout Such As Yoga Or Pilates For Better Flexibility And Movement. It's Key For A Healthy Body And Mind.
